“Security is a high priority. Rooms are clean, water can be almost hot, staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, they generally do not bother me. Hotel is connected via footbridge to the parking area of the adjacent mall, so easy access to decent mid-tier shops, a lot of dining options. Much lower priced shopping options just down the street. Numerous trikes available in front of mall for quick and reliable transportation. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.”

“Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not……

“A great little hotel of Thai or East Asia vibes. There's some effort put into architecture and construction making it a relaxing and cozy place of rest. A good find to be in Manila with good value for the price. Staff helpful and I had a courtesy. The only things to improve a bit is that there should be a 24 hrs service at front desk instead of as of now 6am-11pm. There could perhaps be a need of change of toilets since they are of the older type. Had some minor issues with them. For the noise……

“Ups: The staff is to be commended, really helpful and well mannered personell. Very fast service upon requests. The impression is that they actually do what they can to make you enjoy your stay. Rare find these days even at five star hotels. Downs: The standard rooms are kinda small. If you're 5'11" or taller you might have problem to fit in to bed and even bathroom. For two persons it's really tight. There ought to be water kettles in the rooms. WiFi worked okay but there were connection……
